White Chocolate Salted Caramel Cookies
 
Ingredients
  • 2 sticks softened unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup pre-made caramel sauce
  • 3¾ cups all purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ teaspoons baking soda
  • 12 oz. white chocolate, chopped
Instructions
  1. Beat together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the caramel sauce, eggs and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and baking soda. Slowly add to wet ingredients. Stir in the white chocolate pieces.
  2. Refrigerate dough for at least 2 hours. Scoop out cookies and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Press down slightly and sprinkle with a pinch or two of salt. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until just slightly golden.
