Green Goddess Hummus Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas - drained
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup Chobani Greek Yogurt
  • Juice 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 cup chopped basil
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts - optional garnish
Instructions
  1. In a food processor or high speed blender, pulse all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight and garnish with toasted pine nuts.
